The purpose of this book is to inspire creativity: to open the artist's mind to the possibility of utilising recyclied products, discarded items or types of material that may be abundant or inexpensive in the artist's own environment. With these ideas, I hope the reader will be able to create unique pieces of artwork and like myself, be absorbed into the wonderful colours and textures of the mosaic world.
